Project Information Analyst

About the role

Worley is seeking a Project Information Analyst to act as the central point for project and document‑management data manipulation and reporting. The role supports engineering, procurement and project‑management teams by turning raw data into clear, visual insights that drive timely decisions across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting tools for Class 1 document review and procurement dashboards.
• Extract, cleanse and publish daily Aconex data, highlighting variances between planned and actual issue dates.
• Create automated email notifications for overdue, due and near‑due documents.
• Build and support Aconex workflows and data‑cleaning processes for reporting purposes.
• Design Power BI and SharePoint dashboards that provide real‑time project performance metrics.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests from the Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) and recommend implementation solutions.
• Generate visual trend and status graphs to monitor document delays, non‑receipt and correlations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in extracting and manipulating project data.
• Ability to work closely with engineering, procurement and project‑management stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying reporting opportunities and automating routine tasks.
