Project Management Manager – Directed Energy Portfolio

About the role

EDGE is seeking a senior PMO Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within its Directed Energy portfolio. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering corporate projects while ensuring strict adherence to governance, budget, and schedule constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project controls, track KPIs, and manage schedule variance and quality.
• Oversee vendor agreements, SLAs, and SOWs to align with project goals and financial limits.
• Prepare regular progress reports for steering committees and senior leadership.
• Manage full project lifecycle from charter initiation to closure, including lessons learned.
• Coordinate scheduling, planning, and acceptance testing (FAT/SAT, TRR) with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the defense industry, with 5+ years in hands‑on project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Professional certification such as PMP or INCOSE CSEP is preferred.

Required skills

• Project Management (PMP) methodology.
• System Engineering (INCOSE CSEP) practices.
• Experience with agile or hybrid development cycles.
• Strong knowledge of system installation processes.
