Project Manager AI and Transportation Consultancy

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead an AI‑driven consultancy programme for a major transportation client in the United Arab Emirates. The role will drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance mobility services, asset optimisation and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver an AI consultancy project covering scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of AI specialists, transportation experts, data consultants, technology architects and engineers.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the programme.
• Chair governance meetings, produce progress and executive reports, and manage change control processes.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements‑gathering sessions and technical reviews.
• Identify, assess and implement AI‑enabled solutions that improve service delivery, safety and customer experience.
• Develop business cases, implementation plans, operating models and transformation road‑maps.
• Oversee testing, acceptance and operational readiness of digital solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, technology‑focused projects in the transportation or mobility sector.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and digital transformation methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results within defined timelines and budgets.
