Project Manager – Electrical Engineer (Digital & OOH Advertising)

About the role

Hypermedia is seeking a Project Manager with an Electrical Engineering background to lead the delivery of digital and static signage, architectural, structural and out‑of‑home (OOH) advertising projects across Dubai and the wider UAE. You will combine technical knowledge of LED displays, network architecture and construction with proven project‑management expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver architectural and OOH advertising installation projects from concept to handover.
• Manage design coordination, permitting, procurement, construction and close‑out phases.
• Prepare and follow up permit applications with authorities such as RTA, Dubai Municipality and Trakhees.
• Coordinate internal design, production and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee subcontractors, monitor performance, budgets and timelines.
• Develop project schedules, risk registers and progress reports; mitigate delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical challenges and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and review RFPs, tenders and contractual documents, providing technical and commercial input.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure QA/QC standards are met.

Required profile

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing construction‑focused projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and permitting processes.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
