Project Manager – High Rise Tower (Client Side)

About the role

Iman Developers is seeking a highly detail‑oriented Project Manager with extensive experience in high‑rise tower construction. The role oversees the full lifecycle of tower projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, strategy development, and execution of tower construction projects, coordinating with project teams, consultants, and the main contractor.
• Establish and enforce project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards specific to high‑rise construction.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful delivery.
• Provide guidance to the main contractor throughout the project lifecycle and maintain strong communication with consultants.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and compliance with approved plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks unique to high‑rise projects.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and resources required for timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and change orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience, with at least 4‑5 years as a Project Manager on high‑rise tower projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards for high‑rise buildings.
• Strong project management skills covering budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for managing client and contractor relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
