Project Manager – Infrastructure (Full-time)

About the role

ARX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure, transportation, or major development projects for its UAE offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role combines technical insight with strong commercial control and client‑facing communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Hold overall accountability for scope, programme, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.
• Manage scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain the project execution plan, responsibility matrix, risk register, deliverable tracker, and decision log.
• Track progress against baseline, identify delays early, and provide clear escalation recommendations.
• Coordinate technical inputs across disciplines and ensure design, review, and construction‑support activities are aligned.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the GCC, preferably the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven record of managing complex infrastructure or transportation projects from initiation to close‑out.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and disciplined follow‑up skills.
