Project Manager – Interior Fit‑out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality projects on time and within budget while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of fit‑out projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies for successful delivery.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in the interior fit‑out sector.
• Proven track record as a Project Lead on major fit‑out projects.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Preferably based in the UAE, though candidates from elsewhere are considered.
• Relevant degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
