Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end execution of construction projects for Larsen & Toubro in Dubai, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will own the full project lifecycle, from initiation through completion, coordinating cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project execution strategy, create detailed schedules with milestones, and obtain client‑approved drawings.
• Prepare and secure approval for the ACE (budget) and develop the project organization chart.
• Recruit key project team members, evaluate subcontractors, and manage resource mobilization.
• Oversee soil testing, site assessments, procurement, logistics, and material delivery.
• Implement and monitor Project Quality Manual (PQM) and Health & Safety Manual (HSM) throughout the project.
• Track progress against schedule, quality, budget, and contractual requirements; propose corrective actions when needed.
• Manage risk assessments, mitigation plans, and monitor NCRs and LTI metrics.
• Conduct weekly project review meetings with engineering, site, and management teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities, with experience hiring and organizing project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including clients, consultants, and internal departments.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high quality and safety standards.
