About the role
IMEP Engineering and Contracting LLC is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager in Dubai to lead engineering and construction projects from planning through delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client communication and monitor project progress, risks and budgets.
- Supervise procurement, expediting of materials and collaborate with inspection and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare regular status reports and support continuous improvement of project management processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects, preferably in the Middle East.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Project management software proficiency.
- MS Office suite.
- Expediting, inspection and quality control experience.
- Logistics management and material flow coordination.
