Construction Foreman – Lead Site Operations in Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are a general contracting company in Abu Dhabi seeking three experienced foremen to take charge of daily site operations across multiple active projects. You will be the on‑site leader ensuring crews stay productive, schedules are met, and safety standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct morning toolbox talks and end‑of‑day progress checks.
• Direct and supervise workers from various trades, ensuring they have the resources they need.
• Organise work sequences to avoid conflicts and idle time.
• Monitor deadlines, flagging issues early to prevent delays.
• Coordinate with project engineers, quantity surveyors and subcontractors to align materials and manpower with the schedule.
• Enforce site safety rules without exception.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site records.

Required profile

• Solid prior experience as a foreman in general contracting, overseeing projects from structure to finish.
• Proven ability to supervise and organise live site crews.
• Track record of meeting deadlines and taking ownership when issues arise.
• Dependable, serious work attitude trusted by crews and clients.
• Ability to read construction drawings and communicate clearly with labourers and engineers.
