Project Manager – Offshore Services

About the role

Based at our corporate office in Dubai, the Project Manager – Offshore Services will lead complex maritime projects worldwide. The role requires frequent global travel, often on short notice, with the possibility of extended assignments of three to six months during intensive shipyard and execution phases.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure on‑time project delivery, meeting established timelines and critical paths.
• Maintain strict on‑budget financial control, managing costs against baseline budgets and contingencies.
• Develop accurate, detailed project schedules, budgets and execution plans.
• Guarantee compliance with maritime HSSEQ regulations and company operational standards throughout all project phases.
• Produce high‑quality, timely progress, variation and financial reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with shipyards, vendors and internal teams to drive successful project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale offshore or maritime projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on short notice, including extended stays abroad.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage complex schedules and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior stakeholders.
