Project Manager – Oil & Gas Operations

About the role

The Project Manager will lead operational projects for PIPECARE Group across corporate offices and subsidiaries, focusing on mobilising resources to oil & gas fields, servicing pipelines, and managing field surveys and demobilisation. The role involves budgeting, coordination, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts and plan project activities.
• Enter all project data into the ERP system.
• Coordinate internal and external kick‑off meetings (KOM).
• Request resources from RM, TM, LOG, and DA and schedule services.
• Create purchase requisitions and conduct Job Safety Analyses.
• Lead briefings, obtain customer approvals, and record toolbox meetings.
• Oversee field execution, demobilisation, and invoicing milestones.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Ensure timely payment of tool and MP rentals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of operation planning experience in the oil & gas sector or EPC contracting.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
• Experience working in the UAE and with ADNOC.
• Ability to travel extensively and meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lb, climbing, wearing safety equipment).
