Project Manager – Operations (Exhibitions)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Project Manager, Operations to support exhibition planning and delivery across the UAE and KSA. The role ensures smooth execution of events, delivering operational excellence for exhibitors, visitors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions from pre‑show through onsite and post‑show phases.
• Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Creative, Finance, CRM, IT, HR) to meet operational requirements.
• Manage timelines and workflows using project‑management tools such as Monday.com.
• Track show budgets and maintain visibility of operational costs.
• Liaise with venues (e.g., DWTC) and manage venue services including security, housekeeping, catering, rigging, health & safety and logistics.
• Communicate with contractors, suppliers and service partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Work with technical teams on floorplans, exhibitor portals and operational requirements.
• Support exhibitors and third‑party suppliers with planning and onsite participation.
• Oversee show build‑up and breakdown, ensuring compliance with venue regulations.
• Coordinate exhibition signage, sponsorship branding, VIP lounges, conferences, awards and other activations.
• Assist with shipping, customs and general logistics operations.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and commercial awareness.
• Experience in exhibition or large‑scale event planning and delivery.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines.
