Logistics Project Manager

About the role

JD.com is seeking a hands‑on Logistics Project Manager to lead large‑scale, automated warehouse and sorting‑center projects across the Middle East. You will bridge technical planning and physical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the full project lifecycle, creating and adjusting plans as needed.
• Coordinate civil construction, power and communication systems, and installation of logistics automation equipment.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including planning, operations, R&D, and equipment suppliers.
• Organise project training, on‑site setup, warehouse relocation and operational launch.
• Develop and maintain regional standardisation playbooks and construction standards.

Required profile

• Structured leader capable of orchestrating cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing external suppliers and large‑scale logistics projects.
• Ability to create and iterate standardisation documents for the Middle East market.
