Project Manager – Residential Fit‑Out

About the role

The company is an established residential fit‑out contractor in Dubai seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from mobilisation through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential fit‑out projects from mobilisation to completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, variations, valuations and commercial performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, landlords and subcontractors, and resolve design or site issues.
• Monitor QA/QC and HSE standards throughout delivery and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of construction/fit‑out experience, strong residential fit‑out background in Dubai/UAE.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish with strong leadership and subcontractor management.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination, commercial and programme management, and Dubai construction standards.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
