About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large‑scale Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects for a construction firm based in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all phases from design through commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with technical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and coordinate all activities for STP projects exceeding 50 MLD.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors on‑site.
- Monitor progress, budgets and quality, and report to senior management.
- Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve technical and operational issues to keep projects on track.
Required profile
- 12–25 years of experience in a project managerial role within the construction sector.
- Proven track record delivering STP projects of 50 MLD or larger.
- Engineering background with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai.
Required skills
- End‑to‑end STP project delivery.
