Project Supervisor (Female) – Facilities Management

About the role

The Project Supervisor will work closely with Principal Investigators to drive project objectives, timelines and budgets while overseeing a team of full‑time cleaning operatives. The role ensures high aesthetic standards, minimal disruption to building occupants, and strict adherence to health and safety policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review scopes, estimates, budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with project costs and timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors, subcontractors and clients, to meet operational needs.
• Monitor cleaning operatives against Service Level Agreements and ISO/municipal standards.
• Train, assign and evaluate work for new and existing staff.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and safe use of hazardous chemicals.
• Prepare reports, keep records and ensure standard cleaning procedures are followed.
• Liaise regularly with ACM and CM to resolve issues and complaints.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th Standard) – mandatory.
• 3‑year diploma in Facilities Management or Hospitality Management – desirable.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in facilities or cleaning management.
• Strong understanding of business operations within the facilities management sector.
