Projects Coordinator – Visual Design Team

About the role

Independent Food Company, a UAE‑based hospitality group behind brands such as SALT, Parker’s and Public, is looking for a Projects Coordinator for its Visual Design Studio. The role serves as the main liaison between the company and internal or external design partners, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery and protection of intellectual property from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external designers and brand strategists, securing NDAs before sharing confidential information.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality standards and timelines, and follow up to keep momentum.
• Consolidate and structure feedback from internal teams and the Managing Director for clear communication to design partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather accurate information and verify details before external communication.
• Track invoices and related documentation to guarantee timely payments in line with contractual terms.
• Work with the Legal Department to initiate trade name registration and trademark protection for approved designs.
• Oversee monthly payroll operations for head‑office and operational staff across restaurants, kitchens, outlets and warehouses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand management, project coordination or a client‑facing role, preferably within the creative or design industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex feedback professionally.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with NDAs, basic contract terms and intellectual‑property/trademark processes is a significant advantage.
• Proactive team player who can coordinate across internal departments and manage external relationships.
