Property Consultant

About the role

Premia Livings is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join its Dubai office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, providing accurate market data and legal advice in line with Dubai real‑estate regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present tailored proposals to prospective buyers and renters.
• Manage client inquiries, generate and follow up on leads, and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and coordinate documentation with internal teams.
• Keep the property listing portfolio up‑to‑date and ensure accurate information on all portals.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and investors.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in real‑estate sales or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real‑estate laws and registration processes (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Experience using property portals for listing and research.
• Comfort with CRM systems for lead and client management.
