Property Consultant

About the role

Prime Jad Real Estate is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join its Dubai team. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and property owners, guiding buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through the entire transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Present suitable residential and commercial properties and arrange viewings.
• Provide accurate information on prices, locations, and market conditions.
• Negotiate offers and terms between parties.
• Manage sales and rental processes from inquiry to completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Keep up to date with market trends, new developments, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
• Achieve individual and team sales/rental targets.

Required profile

• Experience in Dubai real estate preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE visa preferred.
• RERA‑certified agents are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales skills are welcome.
