Workplace Operations Analyst

About the role

Palantir is seeking a Workplace Operations Analyst to lead office operations across its Abu Dhabi and Dubai locations, with remote oversight of additional regional sites. The role involves managing facilities, health and safety, space planning, budgets and vendor relationships to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient workplace. You will work closely with business stakeholders to align space and service needs with the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all operational aspects of the office, including facilities, services, health and safety, shipping, space management, budgets, and real‑estate projects.
• Establish, improve and manage vendor relations such as facilities, janitorial and office supplies, and liaise with property managers to resolve space issues promptly.
• Apply a strong understanding of UAE business culture and etiquette to daily operations.
• Interface directly with business stakeholders and internal teams to ensure space requirements are met and priorities aligned.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop scalable processes and solutions.
• Perform general administrative tasks and handle last‑minute requests as they arise.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise and execute against several competing tasks and projects.
• Focus on effective teamwork with the capability to thrive in an autonomous environment.

Required skills

• Prior office management experience and a background in hospitality or customer service.
• Willingness and ability to be on‑call to address critical incidents.
• Enthusiasm to travel to other Palantir offices up to 25 % of the time.
• Project‑management abilities including planning, timeline tracking, implementation and cross‑team communication.
