About the role

Join Novel Insight Property (NIP) as a Property Consultant and represent a boutique luxury brokerage in Dubai. You will work with high‑value inventory and leverage NIP‑generated leads to serve discerning owners and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell luxury residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
• Develop and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and investors.
• Utilise the company’s premium CRM and pipeline tools to manage transactions.
• Collaborate with digital, social and developer marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain and expand the owner and investor database.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai real‑estate sales, preferably in luxury segments.
• Ambitious mindset with a focus on personal branding and career growth.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high‑performing team.
• Valid UAE work visa or eligibility to obtain one.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Dubai real‑estate market trends and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
