Property Consultant – Salary + Commission

About the role

Prowin Properties LLC is seeking a full‑time Property Consultant to join its Dubai office. You will work on‑site, identifying and qualifying leads, conducting viewings and guiding clients through buying, selling and renting processes while providing investment advice.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify property leads and schedule viewings.
• Prepare and present property proposals to clients.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgage options and rental optimisation.
• Negotiate offers, draft contracts and ensure smooth transaction closure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local real‑estate developments and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge in the Dubai market.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales ability with experience in lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Familiarity with UAE property laws, mortgage processes and rental practices is a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 5,000 per month (finalised after interview).
• Commission structure ranging from 20% to 40% based on sales volume.
• Immediate start for selected candidates.
