About the role

SAVAX is expanding its Dubai real‑estate team and seeks a confident, commercially driven Property Consultant. You will build a personal brand while advising buyers and investors on premium property opportunities across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Advise buyers and investors on Dubai property opportunities.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and property viewings.
• Attend developer launches, events and property showcases.
• Negotiate and close property transactions.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and developers.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development or real‑estate.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Professional, client‑focused attitude.
• Proactive, target‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable presenting on camera.
