Property Consultant – Secondary Market

About the role

Premier Capital Real Estate is seeking a Property Consultant specialized in the Dubai secondary market. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Business Bay and focuses on advising clients throughout the purchase, sale, and leasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle – prospect leads, conduct viewings, prepare offers and negotiate terms to close transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, property values and legal requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Build and sustain a strong client network, provide tailored market insights and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in sales meetings and regularly report on pipeline and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in Dubai’s secondary real‑estate market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property prices.
• Experience securing listings with the required documentation.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in the UAE and able to join immediately or on short notice.
• UAE driving licence is advantageous.
