Property Management Administrator (Russian Speaker)

About the role

Metropolitan Premium Properties is seeking a highly organised Administrator to support its Property Management team in Dubai. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys a fast‑paced real‑estate environment and can communicate fluently in Russian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Property Management team.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records for properties, landlords, and tenants.
• Prepare tenancy documentation, contracts, reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, agents, maintenance crews and external service providers.
• Assist with tenancy renewals, move‑ins, move‑outs and monitor key dates and payments.
• Handle email, phone enquiries and general communication professionally.
• Produce regular administrative summaries and reports for the team.
• Support Property Managers with follow‑up tasks and overall departmental operations.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience, preferably in UAE real‑estate or property management.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Russian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
