Proposal Coordinator

About the role

Parsons is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join its EMEA Bid Studio team in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with a high‑performing group to develop compliant, compelling proposals for a variety of opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review RFQ/RFP documents and build compliance matrices capturing all submission requirements.
• Prepare kickoff meeting materials, agendas, schedules, and responsibility matrices.
• Maintain boilerplate content, templates, resumes and project descriptions aligned with solicitation needs.
• Coordinate with SMEs, discipline leads and functional teams to assign section ownership and collect inputs.
• Track receipt of inputs, follow up on outstanding items and ensure schedule adherence.
• Format documents, perform desktop publishing and word processing according to branding guidelines.
• Proofread and edit technical and non‑technical content for accuracy and consistency.
• Liaise with sub‑consultants, Contracts, Legal, Finance and Corporate departments to gather approvals and required documentation.
• Prepare first drafts of solicitation‑required forms and administrative paperwork.
• Review proposal drafts for compliance, flag gaps and support print production activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) experience in proposal coordination or bid management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
