Proposal Manager – Data Center Projects

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for new data centre projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure every aspect of the bid is captured, compliant, and competitively priced.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proposal teams across engineering, procurement, finance and operations from qualification to award.
• Review RFPs, specifications and contracts, and develop compliance matrices and technical narratives.
• Coordinate conceptual designs, value‑engineering proposals and risk assessments.
• Manage pricing models, contingencies and commercial negotiations with clients and OEMs.
• Maintain proposal quality standards and adhere to company QMS procedures.

Required profile

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in data‑centre environments.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary proposal teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop pricing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
