Public Account Manager – Major Accounts

About the role

This hybrid position requires you to work on average two days per week from an HPE office in Dubai. As the single point of contact for large named accounts, you will understand clients' business and IT challenges and drive value‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Manage large, complex deals across value and volume specialties such as computers, servers, storage, services and printers.
• Collaborate with presales, inside‑sales and other cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as the overall account lead.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing major enterprise accounts in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of client business drivers and IT requirements.
• Ability to lead cross‑division projects and mentor junior colleagues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
