Public Area Attendant – Dubai

About the role

The Public Area Attendant ensures that all guest‑facing spaces in the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC are immaculate, welcoming, and fully stocked. You will be the first point of contact for guests entering public areas, delivering the brand’s signature hospitality with genuine warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and washrooms.
• Perform routine inspections and restock supplies to meet Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide a special service touch when opportunities arise, reinforcing the luxury experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality standards.
