Public Health Engineer – Technical Manager (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Public Health Engineer to act as Technical Manager for our Dubai‑based operations. The role involves delivering system solutions and engineering support across public health, mechanical and HVAC applications for high‑rise and infrastructure projects throughout the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop bespoke system designs for public health, mechanical and HVAC projects.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities and alternative specifications.
• Provide technical support and product advice to customers and contractors.
• Prepare technical documentation such as specifications, method statements and approval submissions.
• Conduct drawing take‑offs, competitor conversion reviews and support project approvals.
• Ensure solutions meet both technical and commercial requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Public Health Engineer, with some mechanical exposure.
• Experience on high‑rise building projects is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with contractors and consultancies.
• Degree or equivalent in Public Health, MEP or Building Services Engineering.
