Public Health Engineer (Technical Manager) – Dubai, UAE

About the role

Progressive GE is seeking a Public Health Engineer (Technical Manager) to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on delivering technical system solutions and engineering support across public health, mechanical and HVAC applications for high‑rise and infrastructure projects throughout the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop system solutions and bespoke designs for public health, mechanical and HVAC projects.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities and propose alternative specifications.
• Provide technical support and product advice to customers and contractors.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, method statements and approval submissions.
• Conduct drawing take‑offs and competitor conversion reviews.
• Support project approvals and ensure solutions meet technical and commercial requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Public Health Engineer with some mechanical exposure.
• Experience on high‑rise building projects is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with contractors and consultancies.
