Public Relations (PR) Manager

About the role

Join the dynamic Public Relations team at FIVE Palm Jumeirah and lead the creation and execution of PR strategies that elevate the brand across the hospitality market. You will work in a fast‑paced, creative environment, collaborating with internal teams and external media to deliver exceptional brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement proactive PR strategies to promote FIVE and enhance brand reputation.
• Drive launch of PR campaigns for new hotel openings, securing extensive media coverage and stakeholder engagement.
• Cultivate and nurture long‑lasting relationships with local, regional and international media outlets, journalists and influencers.
• Oversee the creation of press releases, interviews, quotes, articles and other PR communication materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of PR experience, preferably with agency exposure; hotel pre‑opening experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong familiarity with the media landscape and networks in the Middle East.
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive, with a passion for hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
