About the role

Join Stranger Soccer’s fast‑growing UAE team as a Customer Experience & Growth Intern, helping to shape the on‑demand football experience for players across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an Official Host for football games in Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi, ensuring a smooth, fun and safe experience for players.
• Collect and analyse player feedback to continuously improve the game experience.
• Support daily operations including scheduling, logistics, venue communication and onboarding of new players.
• Assist with recruiting, screening and onboarding of new Official Hosts.
• Identify inefficiencies in booking or hosting processes and propose actionable improvements.
• Observe games and recommend format tweaks, warm‑up routines or post‑game activities based on best practices.
• Research local football communities, universities, corporates and potential partners to drive player acquisition and retention.
• Support promotional events, community activations and social‑media content creation.
• Collaborate with the UAE Business Owner and the Singapore headquarters to gain insight into international expansion.

Required profile

• Passionate about football and community engagement.
• Comfortable interacting with players, partners and internal teams.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑growing environment.
