Purchase Executive – Fit‑Out & Facilities Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of fit‑out, civil works, MEP services and facilities‑management requirements. You will work closely with project, facilities and requesting teams, using Coupa to ensure timely, cost‑effective sourcing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions in Coupa, confirming scope, specifications, quantities and delivery timelines before sourcing.
• Clarify incomplete requirements with the requesting division and keep requisition status up‑to‑date.
• Identify suitable UAE suppliers, issue RFQs/RFPs through Coupa and obtain comparable offers.
• Coordinate technical reviews, site visits and sample evaluations with the business owner.
• Prepare commercial comparisons, support negotiations and document recommended suppliers.
• Maintain accurate Coupa records of quotations, approvals and procurement savings.
• Support supplier registration and onboarding.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, GRNs, invoices and payments; escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with AKI procurement policy, approval limits and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, quantity surveying or a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE market.
• Strong background in fit‑out, construction, MEP services, facilities management and handling BOQs and contractor quotations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Coupa procurement platform.
