Purchase Executive

About the role

Brain Freeze UAE is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchase Executive to manage the end‑to‑end procurement process in Dubai. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, handling purchase orders, and ensuring that all materials meet quality and cost expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing cycle from request receipt to order placement.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and availability.
• Request, compare, and negotiate quotations, prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain related documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements with warehouse, accounts, project, and site teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of suppliers, quotations, POs, and invoices.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure purchased items meet required quality and specifications.
• Resolve issues such as delays, shortages, damages, or incorrect deliveries.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
• Support management with purchasing reports and cost analysis as needed.

Required profile

• Current residence in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong purchasing and supplier coordination abilities.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple purchasing activities efficiently.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, purchase orders, supplier management, quotation comparison, documentation, and cost analysis.
