QA Engineer – DCS & Baggage Handling

About the role

Cinergie Digital is looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of its Departure Control System (DCS) and Baggage Handling System (BHS) solutions for airport operations in Dubai. The role involves end‑to‑end testing, defect tracking and close collaboration with development teams to deliver robust aviation software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain functional, regression, integration and system‑level test cases for DCS and BHS.
• Perform API testing on REST and SOAP services and validate data integrity using SQL queries.
• Log, track and manage defects through JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
• Maintain test documentation in TestRail and follow SDLC/STLC best practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of QA experience, preferably in airline or airport systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with DCS and Baggage Handling Systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
