QA/QC Engineer (Civil, Electrical & MEP)

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers specialized in Civil, Electrical or MEP disciplines to support quality assurance and control on major construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves on‑site inspections, documentation, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors to ensure project quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing activities on construction works.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality activities with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project‑specific quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including direct site work.
• Proven experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
