QA/QC Engineer (Interior Fit-Out)

About the role

Maestro EPC ID Fitout Design & Execution L.L.C. is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control activities for interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role ensures that all fit‑out works meet the required standards, specifications and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for interior fit‑out projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and site teams to resolve quality‑related issues.
• Ensure construction activities adhere to safety and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for project quality processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience in construction or interior fit‑out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience on commercial, hospitality, retail or high‑end fit‑out projects, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of inspection methods, quality control procedures and project documentation.
