QC Inspector – Civil (ADNOC Project)

About the role

The Civil QC Inspector will ensure that all civil, structural and architectural construction activities on the ADNOC project meet the approved specifications, drawings, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and client requirements. The role involves on‑site monitoring, testing and verification of reinforced concrete, foundations, earthworks, utilities and related works.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect civil, structural and architectural works against approved drawings, specifications, method statements and ITPs.
• Monitor reinforced concrete structures, foundations, roads, pavements, trenches, drainage systems and structural steel erection.
• Verify compliance with general arrangement, civil, architectural and grading plans.
• Witness and record field‑density, soil‑compaction, fresh‑concrete and hardened‑concrete tests.
• Check reinforcement, formwork, embedded items, concrete placement, curing and waterproofing.
• Perform random surveys using instruments to confirm location, level, elevation, verticality and alignment of structures and utilities.
• Inspect installation of plumbing, equipment, fixtures and associated services for compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in civil quality control inspection on large‑scale oil & gas or EPC projects.
• Familiarity with ITPs, construction codes and quality‑control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Capability to conduct and document on‑site and laboratory tests.
