Quality Analyst – Automation & AI Testing

About the role

The Quality Analyst will focus on automation and AI testing across web, API, airline reservation, chatbot and generative AI applications. You will work within an Agile team to ensure high‑quality releases and support responsible AI practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver; create reusable scripts and regression suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and analyse execution results, producing detailed defect reports.
• Design and execute API test cases with REST Assured, Postman or similar tools; validate functionality, security, performance and contract compliance using Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Perform end‑to‑end testing of airline reservation and booking workflows, including flight search, ticketing, seat selection, ancillary services and payment processing; knowledge of GDS systems is a plus.
• Test conversational AI and chatbot applications, validating intents, entities, conversation flows and context retention across varied scenarios.
• Validate generative AI and LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency and safety; conduct hallucination, bias, toxicity and responsible response testing.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners and development teams to align testing activities with product goals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in automation testing.
• Familiarity with airline reservation workflows; knowledge of GDS systems preferred.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
