Quality Assurance Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our fast‑growing start‑up in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for delivering enterprise‑grade software by designing, executing and automating complex test scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test cases based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain AI‑powered test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
• Monitor test results, report defects and drive continuous improvement.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high‑throughput environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software QA experience.
• 2+ years of QA experience within a product‑focused company.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI to test automation.
• Excellent communication and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (optional).
• Familiarity with the AdTech industry (optional).
