Quality Assurance Intern

About the role

Join Nestlé's flagship Nesternship program in Dubai South and gain hands‑on experience in food quality assurance. You will work on real projects that support food safety, compliance and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Quality team in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and product quality.
• Participate in quality system audits, process standardisation and optimisation initiatives.
• Assist with compliance monitoring and continuous‑improvement projects that deliver measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse data and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Fresh or recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; eager to learn in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Valid UAE residence visa, Emirates ID, personal medical insurance, UAE driver’s licence and ability to arrange transportation to Jebel Ali/Dubai South.
