Vehicle Painter – Full-Time

About the role
We are looking for a skilled Painter to deliver high‑quality painting services for customer vehicles, following Al Tayer Group’s standards and specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Collect job orders and required materials/tools for vehicle painting.
- Prepare damaged areas and carry out masking procedures.
- Prepare spray‑painting materials and equipment.
- Mix and blend colors to match vehicle finishes.
- Apply appropriate painting techniques, including water‑based and base‑coat applications.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the workplace.
- Perform paint rectification, touch‑up work, and polishing/detailing.
- Paint plastic components as needed.
Required profile
- Matriculation / ITI qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a painter.
Required skills
- Masking procedures.
- Spray painting techniques.
- Color blending and mixing.
- Water‑based/base‑coat application.
- Tool and equipment maintenance.
- Paint rectification and touch‑up.
- Polishing and detailing.
