Quality Assurance Internship

About the role

Join Nestlé’s flagship Nesternship program at its UAE food factories and gain hands‑on experience in quality assurance. Over a 3‑6 month period you will work on real projects that support food safety, compliance and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Quality team in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and product quality.
• Participate in quality‑system projects, process standardisation and optimisation.
• Assist with compliance audits and continuous‑improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and monitor quality procedures.

Required profile

• Fresh or recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, eager to learn in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Valid UAE residence visa, Emirates ID, personal medical insurance, UAE driver’s licence and ability to travel to Jebel Ali/Dubai South daily.
