Quality Control Manager II

About the role

The Quality Control Manager II will lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes for ADNOC Growth Projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual, ADNOC, and international standards. Reporting to the project Quality Manager, this role oversees the quality management system, risk registers, and continuous improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, approve, and enforce project‑specific Quality Management System manuals and procedures.
• Implement changes to project requirements, specifications, and schedules following the MOC procedure.
• Maintain and update quality objectives, KPIs, and contractual requirements for all service providers.
• Lead compliance and risk registers, monitoring quality reports and addressing concerns promptly.
• Compile Lessons Learned and drive continuous improvement across projects.
• Participate in vendor and field inspection strategy, including selection of third‑party inspection agencies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage QA/QC processes and teams on large‑scale projects.
• Experience working with ADNOC policies, international standards, and contractual QA/QC requirements.
• Capability to develop and enforce quality management documentation.
