Quality Engineer Manager - Global Data Center Segment

About the role

Eaton is seeking a senior Quality Engineer Manager to lead the global post‑order quality framework for its Data Center Segment. Based in Dubai, the role coordinates worldwide teams to embed quality into execution, ensuring reliable, repeatable outcomes for hyperscale and colocation customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global post‑order quality strategy aligned with segment priorities and Eaton enterprise standards.
• Establish a single, end‑to‑end quality framework covering assurance, testing, process compliance, and continuous improvement across regions.
• Partner with the Post Order Director, Services, Engineering, PMO, OPEX, and regional leaders to embed quality expectations into operating models.
• Lead global assurance and testing methodologies to validate post‑order deliverables against quality, safety, and reliability standards.
• Ensure consistent application of quality gates, reviews, and acceptance criteria across all customer engagements.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in quality management within complex, global engineering or data‑center environments.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Strong understanding of post‑order execution processes, testing rigor, and continuous improvement practices.
