Quality Manager II

About the role

Worley is looking for a Quality Manager II to lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities for ADNOC Growth Projects. The role ensures full compliance with project‑specific contractual QA/QC requirements, ADNOC policies, international standards and owner directives while supporting the delivery of high‑quality engineering, procurement and construction outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, approve and enforce the Project‑Specific Quality Management System (QMS), manuals and procedures.
• Maintain and update quality objectives, KPIs and contractual requirements for all service providers and suppliers.
• Lead compliance and risk registers, creating and monitoring quality plans to meet ADNOC and ISO standards.
• Oversee Management of Change (MOC) processes for any changes in specifications, schedule or scope.
• Coordinate vendor and field inspections, including selection of third‑party inspection agencies.
• Provide timely monitoring of quality reports, address concerns and compile lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 9000 series, ADNOC Quality Policies and company expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing QA/QC processes on large engineering or EPC projects.
• Familiarity with ADNOC policies, contractual QA/QC requirements and international quality standards.
• Strong analytical ability to develop and maintain quality objectives, KPIs and risk registers.
• Excellent communication skills for consulting with project teams and external stakeholders.
