About the role
We are looking for a motivated Quantity Survey Engineer to join our fit‑out team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support cost management, contract administration and financial control for interior fit‑out projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities (BOQs) for fit‑out projects.
- Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within approved budgets.
- Evaluate variations, claims and final accounts.
- Review contracts, tender documents and subcontractor agreements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and consultants.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities.
- Assist procurement activities as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE, preferably in fit‑out or construction.
- Strong knowledge of fit‑out processes and construction cost control.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
