About the role
Parsons is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its Dubai team, handling both pre‑ and post‑contract activities on large infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors and clients to ensure accurate cost control and contractual compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and price work using contract drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities.
- Manage post‑contract functions including interim and final payments, variations, cash‑flow monitoring and claim settlements.
- Audit contractor payments, review valuations and prepare financial statements for monthly reporting.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of the QS team, ensuring timely submittals and accurate records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10 years of experience on large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of pre‑ and post‑contract administration and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- AutoCAD (preferred).
- Contract administration and commercial document handling.
